I was at the store when a frantic crowd gathered. Someone had neglected to set their car in park and/or set their emergency brake. The car rolled back into another car.
What should you do no matter what?
1. Take photos immediately, including the license plate number of the other vehicle
2. Document all possible phases of the incident, including names, phone numbers etc of all witnesses.
3. Record a video form any and all witnesses
4. If the damage is substantial enough, call you agent for further advice
